I hold a degree in Multimedia, covering diverse aspects of media creation, and additionally I studied Graphic & Web Design at Lisbon School of Design. I have also concluded a course on the Foundations of UX Design at Coursera by Google. During my time at LSD, I also benefited greatly from experienced industry mentors.

I could, but it's never a one-size-fits-all process. Every project demands a unique approach, both emotionally (an often overlooked aspect) and strategically. However, so far I've learned one key principle: do your research and create a solid plan that clearly explains what it is you're going to do, how you're going to execute it and why it will succeed. And this will certainly not only please stakeholders, but set a meaningful foundation for your work.
